Sloan Rocks Seattle Again

I got to see Sloan this past Tuesday at Chop Suey in Seattle, they're always a fun show. Here a video I took of the new single, Believe In Me.



What I did really appreciate on this night was the awesome drumming of Andrew Scott. The guy hits hard, he's rock solid with his timing, and his fills were just phenomenal. I have an example of which I speak in the next clip of the song "Reach Out", you have to check it out. It's a song I wasn't that familiar with, but check the 45 second murdalization of the drumkit at the 2:45 mark of the video (when he finally puts down the shaker) until the end of the song he does. Blew me away. Woohoo!



Of course, I suggest you see these guys every chance you get.
